New FCA Online Fees Portal

The FCA has recently announced that they are “launching a new online invoicing portal on 12 April 2021 for users to access their invoices and arrange payment of their fees.”

This will replace the current “Annual fees: online invoices” portal. The change is part of the FCA’s strategy in “using new technology and data to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.”

Up until 31 March 2021, firms should continue using the existing invoicing online portal but after that date the portal will no longer be available. Also, we are told that no portal will be available until the new portal launches on 12 April 2021.

Firms will be able to access the new online portal using their Connect log in details after launch.

Warning:

·      You will not be able to view or download invoices paid before 31 March 2021 in the new portal,

·      You should download any invoices still on the system for your own records before the 31 March deadline.
