about to, or is considering, entering an insolvency procedure;
experiencing an issue which could have a significant adverse impact on its reputation e.g. is likely to be in the press;
experiencing a material incident which could affect your ability to provide adequate services to your customers e.g. a cyber attack or severe system failure
For systems or applications queries, call during opening hours as they may need to authenticate you.
If you have already contacted them about a topic or issue, have your case reference number ready to give them. If you have a firm reference number, also have this to hand.
